Growing Taller Exercises – Kicking Exercises To Help Increase Your Height

[ad_1]

There are many growing taller exercises that you can go through to help you increase your natural height. These are natural methods that you can go through instead of undergoing methods such as leg lengthening surgery or expensive creams and machines which are just a waste of time and money. One of the recommended growing taller exercises that you should undergo is kicking, it is not only highly effective but it is also really simple for you to go through and you can not only go ahead and do this at home but you can also do this to keep yourself fit as well.

How It Works

The method behind this is very simple. By putting your shins and thighs under pressure you will be able to cause some micro-fractures in your bones and your muscles. When these fractures grow back however they come back longer, more dense and stronger which will add a few inches onto your current height.

Snap Kick

The first kick that you may want to try out is the snap kick. This is called the snap kick because you want to snap your shin during the kick.

What you do is make the motion of raising your knee upwards and then snapping your shin outwards and then returning to the starting position.

You don’t want to put too much force into the kick however as this can cause some damage.

You can go through this motion about 20 times with both legs resting in between leg changes.

Pendulum Kick

The pendulum kick is one the just has one swift motion. You won’t need to bend your knee or anything, all you need to do is swing your leg in an upward position like a pendulum without bend your knee.

This kick will focus on lengthening your thigh areas and will eventually add to your height.

Once again you will want to go through this motion about 20 times with both legs resting in between leg changes.

Roundhouse Kick

If you are lucky enough to have a punch bag then this kick can be very highly effective as it adds the stress onto your shin bone.

The roundhouse kick is the same as a snap kick except that you are going to have to swing your leg sideways.

By going through these kicks you will be able to lengthen your shins and things and ankles and by including rest days you will be able to heal these fractures and make them grow back stronger and longer.

Rest days and diets are important to keep in mind as these are the days when the body is going to have to recover and grow. So you will want to fuel your body with nutrients such as proteins and calcium to help repair anything that was damaged and then the rest days will be where all the recovery and growth happens and it also reduces your injury time too.

These growing taller exercises are one of the few; there are also sprinting, jumping and cycling which you can go through too.
