Many people look for methods that can help them grow taller quickly and normally in their search they are blinded by the shiny expensive methods such as machines, creams and leg lengthening surgery for those that are desperate. This stretch is very simple to do when you wake up in the morning and before you go to sleep.

Another thing that you can do if you’re an active person is to start with some simple exercises to grow taller.

There are many sports such as running, cycling, skipping, jumping, kicking and swimming which are all very effective.

The reason that these are effective is that they break down small micro-fibres in the shin (apart from swimming) from the pressure and these heal back longer and stronger. This is why there are basketball players that are amazingly tall, because they sprint up and down the court and break their micro-fibres repeatedly.

Sleep is also a method that needs to be considered. Of course you need to get about 8 hours of sleep so that you human growth hormone (HGH) can fully kick in but you also need to be sleeping in the correct position so that your body is able to grow.

The best position to sleep is on your back with your head slightly raised by a pillow or not at all. This may seem awkward especially if you normally sleep in some weird positions but it is very effective.

Diet is the final thing you want to consider. You have the correct things to grow taller quickly all you need is the fuel. This includes minerals such as calcium and foods that are high in protein which is a must for growth.
